Navigating Around My LDS Stake
Moving around in My LDS Stake is pretty simple: Just point your finger and tap the screen. That's all there is to it.
Our navigation bar is straightforward and stays consistent regardless where you are in the app.
Home
The Home page is for your ward or stake, depending on the choices you've made. At this page, you'll see the picture for your ward, along with News and Information, Gospel Doctrine, and Priesthood and Relief Society Lessons.
Directory
The Directory is where a lot of work is done. Here you can view ward or stake members, leaders and missionaries. From Directory you'll be able to view member information, place a phone call, get directions to their home, initiate email. The same can be done for ward or stake leaders.
Calendar
Use Calendar to view your ward and stake events. You can view any detail provided about calendar items, and can even add them to your iPhone or iPod touch's calendar via Google calendars.
My Lists
With this feature, you can create your own lists, or groupings, of people. These can be anything: Your Home Teaching families, the members in your neighborhood, members of a committee, or they group of people you play canasta with. Not only will you have them in a convenient location, but you can send email to the entire list with a single tap.
Settings
Last, but certainly not least, Settings is the first screen you'll see when you begin My LDS Stake for the first time. Here you enter in your LDS Account information, set your area code, configure your Google calendar and how searches are performed. It's kind of the nuts and bolts part of My LDS Stake.
